πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee a portfolio of client accounts while serving as the main point of contact on a daily basis.

β€’ Take full responsibility for the delivery and implementation of the mental health benefits platform for designated clients.

β€’ Execute client program plans that align with workforce requirements and established objectives.

β€’ Foster and nurture robust relationships with HR and business stakeholders.

β€’ Enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth within your account portfolio.

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Delivery.

β€’ Monitor engagement, utilization, and outcome data to assess account health and performance.

β€’ Gather and disseminate client feedback to facilitate improvements in products and services.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Background in client success, account management, customer success, HR, healthcare, or a similar field.

β€’ Ability to independently manage client relationships and multiple accounts.

β€’ Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

β€’ Effective communicator who builds trust with both clients and internal teams.

β€’ Analytical thinker comfortable working with data and metrics.

β€’ Proactive and accountable, with the ability to manage priorities efficiently.

β€’ A keen interest in mental health, wellbeing, or employee benefits is advantageous.
