Junior Chatbot Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate chatbot interactions to pinpoint errors, gaps, and areas for enhancement.

• Assist in developing and refining conversation workflows and knowledge repositories.

• Aid in upholding the brand’s tone and ensuring consistency in language.

• Systematize and classify user feedback to promote ongoing improvements to the chatbot.

• Help compile reports on chatbot performance metrics.

• Work in conjunction with customer service, product, and technology departments.

• Manage and sustain the generative chatbot knowledge repository.

• Leverage generative AI for content curation, rewriting, and standardization, always ensuring human oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Languages, Communications, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience in analyzing chatbot dialogues or digital customer support interactions.

• Background in producing written material that emphasizes clarity and effective communication.

• Familiarity with digital tools designed for information and content organization.

• Experience in academic or digital educational settings (preferred).

• Knowledge of low-code platforms such as IBM Watson Assistant or equivalent (preferred).

• Background in UX Writing or conversational design (preferred).

• Experience utilizing generative AI in a professional environment (preferred).

• Proficiency in structuring technical content (e.g., JSON or knowledge bases) (preferred).

• Familiarity with analyzing customer service or user experience data (preferred).
