This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee sales performance across both direct and indirect channels in the regions of GO, DF, MT, MS, TO, AC, RO, and MG.
• Track the execution of strategies, monitoring sales volume to meet profitability goals, enhance market share, and improve product distribution.
• Manage the sales channel budget within the designated area of responsibility.
• Supervise channel outcomes, ensuring optimal investment for increased sales returns.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers to strengthen partnerships.
• Keep an eye on competitor actions to uncover potential opportunities.
• Oversee the management of all distribution contracts with assistance from the Legal Department.
• Coordinate activities and maintain communication with indirect channel customers to enhance brand visibility.
• Lead your team by implementing HR practices and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Demonstrable experience in team leadership.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Commercial/Sales domain, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and performance metrics.
• Must reside in Goiânia or be open to relocation.
