• Developing photorealistic assets that align with the standards of contemporary AAA projects
• Preparing assets for game engines and ensuring their proper functionality in real-time
• Collaborating closely with technical artists and game designers
• Creating and configuring materials, tiles, and decals
• Working with high-poly photogrammetric objects
• Optimizing performance and resolving bugs
• A relevant higher education or a minimum of 1 year of experience as a 3D artist
• Basic knowledge of the following processes:
• - Low-poly and high-poly creation (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, 3ds Max)
• - Understanding of the PBR pipeline
• - UV mapping
• - Baking maps such as normal and AO
• - Texturing using Substance Painter
• Experience collaborating with artists, designers, and technical experts
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Proactive, independent, and inquisitive
• Language: Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
