Jira Administrator – Process Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake process by implementing stringent data completeness standards and rejecting Implementation Units (IUs) that do not include essential information such as target subnets or legacy asset identifiers.

• Organize validated engineering outputs into structured release waves (Fix Versions/Releases) that align with weekend migration timelines and CAB procedures.

• Guarantee comprehensive traceability by associating each executed technical change with the respective decommissioned legacy assets, thereby establishing a clear audit trail for validating financial ROI.

• Supervise the T-Minus migration timeline and raise any logistical risks, vendor delays, or process obstacles to the Project Manager to ensure factory speed is maintained.

• Preserve Jira integrity by enforcing transition validators, custom fields, mandatory workflows, and consistent issue lifecycle management throughout the program.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Jira administration and process coordination within large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives.

• Advanced proficiency in Jira, including the configuration and enforcement of transition validators, screen schemes, and intricate issue-linking frameworks.

• A robust analytical mindset focused on data completeness, process discipline, and workflow consistency.

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of upholding quality standards and questioning incomplete inputs from senior technical stakeholders.

• A solid understanding of enterprise IT asset lifecycle tracking; the role emphasizes governance and traceability rather than direct engineering or data scripting.
