Java Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• The candidate will be responsible for leading a growing team while managing a hybrid technology ecosystem.

• They will serve as the technical reference for the team, accountable for enhancing code quality.

• Facilitate architectural decisions and act as a bridge between the product vision and technical execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in leading teams is essential.

• Proven ability to work in similar environments (Java 8, WebSphere, XML configurations, IBM DB2 databases).

• Microservices: Understanding of patterns, service communication, and REST APIs. Knowledge of Spring Boot is a plus.

• Clean Code: Mastery of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

• Testing and Tooling: Strong experience with JUnit, Mockito, Maven, Git, and coverage tools (SonarQube).

• Workflows (Desirable): Experience with jBPM or similar BPMN2 engines.
