IVR Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to determine both business and technical needs

• Design solutions that fulfill business and technical specifications

• Manage a team of 2-5 developers

• Engage in hands-on application development

• Work in close partnership with the Project Manager to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IVR development

• At least 5 years of experience in J2EE or .NET development

• Over 3 years of experience with speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, MRCP, CCXML)

• A minimum of 5 years of experience using Eclipse or a similar IDE

• At least 2 years of experience with MVC-based frameworks

• Proficient in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Design Patterns

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to lead a small team of developers
