IT Vendor Engagement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with IT leadership to enhance vendor governance, oversee contracts, manage finances, and provide executive reporting across a varied technology vendor portfolio.

• Oversee vendor relationships and performance by monitoring KPIs, performing reviews, ensuring adherence to contracts, and facilitating issue resolution.

• Assist with contract lifecycle processes, including analysis, pricing assessments, renewal strategies, procurement coordination, and cost control.

• Create and sustain vendor scorecards, reports, and performance metrics to offer stakeholders actionable insights.

• Discover and implement process enhancements, automation possibilities, and optimized workflows while working together with IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in IT vendor management.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, assessing risks, and managing renewals.

• Strong capability to assess vendor strengths, develop performance metrics, and offer strategic recommendations.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Self-motivated, adaptable professional with excellent organizational skills; vendor management or procurement certifications are advantageous.
