IT Transformation Consultant – Delivery Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assume complete responsibility for IT projects at our clients, overseeing the entire process from start to finish. This involves not just facilitation, but actively guiding and being hands-on to propel business units, clients, and development teams forward.

• Your role includes analyzing current situations, modeling target processes, and converting everything into clear, actionable user stories along with detailed concept specifications.

• You will remain engaged until the completion of the project, validating results against the requirements and contributing hands-on yourself — ensuring there are no miscommunications and no gaps between the concept and actual execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German (C1 level) in both spoken and written forms for effective communication with our clients.

• A degree in (business, media) computer science or an equivalent qualification (such as professional experience) with a robust technical and commercial background.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in IT project environments as an (IT) consultant, preferably with a focus on transformation projects.

• You are fluent in the language of developers and can succinctly explain to stakeholders the cost implications of decisions — both in terms of time and technical requirements.
