IT Systemadministrator, IT Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation and enhancement of ManageEngine solutions for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) in demanding client environments.

• Analysis of technical requirements, along with the configuration and integration of solutions into existing IT infrastructures.

• Technical consulting for our clients in optimizing user, permission, and identity management processes, serving as the primary contact for technical inquiries.

• Integration of ManageEngine solutions with third-party systems via scripting and REST APIs.

• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and execution of technical adjustments, updates, and expansions of existing environments.

• Conducting workshops and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education in the IT field, such as an IT specialist in system integration, application development, IT systems electronics, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience as a system administrator, in technical consulting, or in a similar technical role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows environments, Active Directory, as well as user and permission management.

• Experience in client projects or technical consulting for IT solutions, along with an interest in topics like IAM, SIEM, ITOM, or IT security.

• Scripting skills in PowerShell and Python, as well as good familiarity with REST APIs.

• Excellent German language skills, good English language skills, and a willingness to travel for occasional client appointments within Germany.
