This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Providing support to our clients through remote access from your office workplace

• Maintaining our clients' IT applications and ensuring smooth operational workflows

• Assisting with infrastructure optimizations

• Performing system maintenance and installing updates

• Completed vocational training in the IT field or a career switch with several years of professional experience

• Ideally, experience in Windows or Linux server environments (Medium and Enterprise)

• Preferably knowledge in the administration of web servers and application servers (Apache, IIS, Tomcat, ReverseProxy) in a multi-tier architecture

• Networking knowledge and familiarity with ticketing systems are advantageous

• Ideally, some experience with Java
