This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing assistance to our clients through remote access from your office workspace

• Maintaining our clients' IT applications and ensuring seamless operational flow

• Supporting infrastructure optimizations

• Performing system maintenance and installing updates

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent experience as a career changer with several years of professional experience

• Ideally, experience in Windows or Linux server environments (Medium and Enterprise)

• Preferably knowledge in the administration of web servers and application servers (Apache, IIS, Tomcat, ReverseProxy) within a multi-tier architecture

• Networking knowledge and familiarity with ticket systems are advantageous

• Ideally, some experience with Java

• Very good German language skills, along with good English language skills
