This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing remote support to our clients from your office workspace.

• Maintaining our clients' IT applications and ensuring uninterrupted operational processes.

• Assisting with infrastructure optimizations.

• Performing system maintenance and installing updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent experience as a career changer with several years in the field.

• Ideally, experience with Windows or Linux servers in medium and enterprise environments.

• Preferably knowledgeable in the administration of web servers and application servers (Apache, IIS, Tomcat, ReverseProxy) within a multi-tier architecture.

• Networking knowledge and familiarity with ticket systems are advantageous.

• Ideally, some experience with Java.
