This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• You will primarily receive your cases via phone and provide support ranging from end-users to IT managers at our clients.
• Management of tickets in ITSM systems and providing telephone support.
• Troubleshooting and incident management within Microsoft 365, Intune, and general infrastructure.
• User administration in Active Directory and Microsoft tenants.
• Server and hosting environments.
• Familiarity with Windows, M365, MS Office 365, and Azure.
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in Citrix and RDS environments, as well as the ability to install apps and configure GPOs.
• Ability to find solutions to IT challenges, ensuring mobile management and security through Intune.
• A solid technical understanding, whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional.
• Motivated by providing telephone customer support and assisting customers with various issues during each call.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication in Danish and English.
• A diverse daily experience with insights into various industries, clients of different sizes, and a range of IT challenges that will develop you both technically and commercially.
