📋 Description

• Design, implement, administer, and utilize: Google Workplace; MDM systems for: MacOS, iOS; and a password management system.

• Prepare instructions and documentation for team members and company employees.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer, mentoring, and coaching for team members and employees.

• Engage in problem-solving and incident investigation.

• Administer and utilize various external SaaS services.

• Manage access to systems.

• Oversee the management of the company’s IT assets.

• Provide remote support for employees facing hardware and software challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience and knowledge in administering Google Workspace (G-Suite) including Email, DNS, blacklists, backups, and other Google services.

• Excellent proficiency in managing users' operating systems: MacOS.

• Advanced understanding of the operational principles of Atlassian products: JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• Experience in administering MDM systems.

• (Optional) Familiarity with task automation and a good understanding of programming languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with users and colleagues.

• Systematic approach to task completion.

• Proactive work attitude.

• Clear comprehension of business requirements.

• High level of self-organization and accountability.

• Systematic approach to service development and work processes.

• Proficiency in Russian and English at B1-B2 level.
