IT Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You create innovative, effective, and low-risk solutions for managed-services tenders that motivate both customers and colleagues.

• You operate independently and adhere to established processes to develop cohesive solution designs.

• You influence customers during presentations and contract negotiations through your expertise and presence.

• You maintain close communication with the team and clients to ensure a focus on project objectives and goals.

• You collaborate with sales teams, partners, and service units to design solutions that contribute to overall success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in both workplace and remote service environments, ideally in managed services solution design.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Exchange, Active Directory/Azure AD, and client management.

• Experience in designing client virtualization or service desk solutions.

• Familiarity with costing and modeling managed services/operations.

• Proficient in ITIL and project management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).

• Excellent communication skills, customer-focused, and a team player.

• Fluent in German and possesses very good English skills.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
