This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will manage pre-qualified support tickets that our Direct Support team (both remote and on-site) cannot resolve.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve software, network, and server issues within our clients' systems, both remotely and on-site.
• You will carry out installations and configuration changes at client sites that fall outside of project scopes, both remotely and on-site.
• You will assist the Direct Support team with technical challenges and incidents that they are unable to resolve independently.
• You will take charge of documenting IT systems and any modifications made to them.
• You must have completed technical training and possess relevant professional experience.
• You are knowledgeable in common server and network technologies, including Windows Servers, firewalls, and patch management solutions.
• You are capable of managing IT projects from assessment through planning and execution to successful completion.
• You naturally adopt a systematic approach to challenges and maintain composure even in challenging situations.
• Communication is one of your key strengths, and you remain calm during crises.
• You have a passion for learning something new every day.
• You take responsibility, have a friendly demeanor, and are focused on customer satisfaction.
