IT Service Delivery, Provisioning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to negotiate and manage project timelines with clients, internal engineering teams, and vendors to ensure efficient project delivery and timely revenue recognition.

• Assume responsibility for financial reconciliation; verify that accurate billing triggers are established in the CRM and lead the quality assurance process for tasks transferred to Finance.

• Oversee routine operational vendor relationships essential for service provisioning and independently conduct monthly inventory audits and reconciliations.

• Serve as the main point of communication with clients, offering clear status updates and managing expectations throughout the contract fulfillment process.

• Efficiently oversee internal resource allocation to balance team workloads and sustain a consistent delivery pace.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in Service Delivery, Customer Implementation, or Project Coordination within a technical services setting.

• Proven capability to manage and enhance delivery in line with RFT (Right First Time) and OTIF (On Time In Full) metrics.

• Solid understanding of financial processes, including billing triggers, revenue recognition, and quality assurance procedures.

• Exceptional negotiation abilities and the competence to independently manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.
