IT Security Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main security liaison for designated strategic accounts.

• Establish robust relationships with customer security leadership (CISO organization), IT, risk/compliance, and engineering teams.

• Direct security governance meetings (monthly/quarterly) that include posture evaluations, risk discussions, and alignment of roadmaps.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into customer environments, threat models, and regulatory obligations.

• Provide guidance on cloud security measures and best practices (IAM/SSO/MFA, encryption, segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability management, secure SDLC).

• Work alongside internal security experts on advanced topics (crypto/KMS/HSM, workload isolation, data residency, Zero Trust).

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of cloud architecture (OCI, AWS, Azure) and the capability to interpret architecture into security posture consequences.

• Experience in security consulting, cloud security architecture, or enterprise risk/GRC within regulated industries.

• Relevant security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, ISO 27001 LI/LA.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex escalations and leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.

• Knowledge of customer security assurance procedures (audit requests, pen test coordination, attestations).
