IT Security Expert – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Security Design for Projects: Execute security evaluations and create secure architectures tailored for data-driven and AI-centric systems, including cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Risk Evaluation: Conduct threat modeling with a particular emphasis on data security and vulnerabilities associated with LLMs and AI models (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications).

• Compliance Assistance: Support projects in achieving regulatory and compliance standards, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and the EU AI Act.

• Consulting and Engagement with Stakeholders: Engage in client conversations, clarify security needs, and ensure comprehensive documentation of security-related choices and controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in IT security.

• Extensive understanding of cloud security architectures and best practices.

• Strong practical experience with data protection and data security technologies, including encryption, data masking, and access management.

• Capability to work autonomously and adapt effectively to a fast-paced SME environment.

• Professional proficiency in both English and Hungarian.

• Preferred General / Management Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.

• Cloud / Technical Certifications: CCSP, AWS Certified Security, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer.

• AI / Data Security Certifications: CIPP/E or any specialized training or certification pertinent to AI Security, LLM Security, or AI Governance.
