• Oversee and Sustain the IT Compliance Program

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles

• Outstanding capability to cultivate stakeholder relationships and convey technical risks in terms of business impact

• Proficient in aligning and advising colleagues/junior staff through influence and technical expertise

• High level of independence and the capability to manage complex GRC initiatives from start to finish

• Solid understanding of GRC frameworks, methodologies, and best practices

• Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Practical experience in developing and leading information security compliance programs (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2)

• Experience utilizing AI to optimize compliance processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
