IT Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage and operate Qualys for ongoing vulnerability scanning across infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud environments.

• Evaluate scan outcomes, prioritize vulnerabilities based on their risk levels, and collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams for remediation efforts.

• Monitor remediation progress and create reporting dashboards and metrics for leadership review.

• Oversee and manage the third-party risk lifecycle, which includes vendor onboarding, assessments, and regular reviews.

• Take ownership of and respond to client security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence inquiries.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of security tools and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience with vulnerability management tools, preferably Qualys.

• Experience in addressing client security questionnaires or audit requests.

• Basic understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.

• Knowledge of risk management concepts, specifically related to third-party/vendor risk.

• Familiarity with M365 Security Tools, Exchange Online Protection, and Purview is an advantage.
