This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales of our IT and Cyber Security services in the medium-sized business sector
• Structured needs assessment based on defined guidelines
• Advising clients on standardized solutions and services
• Establishing and maintaining a sales pipeline according to clear directives
• Collaboration with presales, consulting, and delivery teams
• Accurate documentation and forecasting in the CRM system
• Working with defined KPIs (e.g., pipeline, closures, activities)
• Initial experience in B2B sales (IT, services, or complex products)
• Enjoyment of structured work and clear objectives
• Willingness to learn and openness to coaching
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Excellent German language skills (C1)
• Experience in the IT or Cyber Security field (preferred qualification)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred qualification)
• Interest in long-term development in sales (preferred qualification)
• Clearly defined sales system with established processes
• Standardized products and services – no "everything is customized"
• Regular sales coaching and feedback sessions
• Transparent KPIs and fair performance measurement
