IT QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret both business and technical requirements for designated projects.

• Develop and manage test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, encompassing both manual and automated testing.

• Prepare and organize test data to ensure readiness for test execution.

• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing while documenting the results.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects, collaborating closely with development and project teams.

• Provide consistent updates on testing progress, potential risks, and issues encountered.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release processes.

• Work in conjunction with international teams and vendors across various systems.

• Contribute to enhancements in QA processes, standardization efforts, and automation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, ideally within agile and international project settings.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, allowing effective work in cross-functional and international teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

• Practical experience with SQL for data validation and analysis purposes.

• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of test automation frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously with moderate oversight.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
