IT Project Manager – Health Plan, CMS Mandates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Direct IT projects that align with CMS 9115-F and CMS 0057 regulatory standards.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, which include business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables effectively.

• Guarantee compliance of health plans with CMS requirements, interoperability benchmarks, and data-sharing laws.

• Monitor project milestones and deliver consistent status updates and reports to leadership.

• Aid in API- and FHIR-based data exchange and interoperability efforts.

• Supervise testing, implementation, deployment, and post-launch support activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.

• Experience within a health plan or healthcare payer context.

• Practical experience leading projects focused on CMS 9115-F and/or CMS 0057.

• Strong knowledge of CMS data access and interoperability requirements, including FHIR-based APIs and secure data-sharing practices.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or comparable platforms.
