IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assume complete ownership of every phase of the project lifecycle.

• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.

• Effectively manage assigned resources to achieve project deliverables.

• Facilitate communication with all project stakeholders.

• Collaborate with your team to select the most appropriate delivery methodology.

• Lead and nurture project teams, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.

• Utilize project data to assess performance, make informed decisions, and report on outcomes.

• Recognize potential issues and proactively address them.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of project management experience in dynamic digital environments.

• More than 3 years managing software projects with a proven history of delivering complex initiatives.

• Strong grasp of project management principles and practical experience with Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Miro, and Microsoft Project.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Experience in positions such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Product Owner.

• A builder's mindset—you thrive on developing new processes and solutions.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, international setting across various time zones.
