IT & Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Address and resolve daily support inquiries from the team through Slack and ticketing systems.

• Oversee user access and identity management across Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, 1Password, and various SaaS platforms.

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, seat allocation, licenses, and access permissions.

• Administer SaaS applications and tools, including account provisioning and vendor management.

• Execute deployments and maintain CI/CD release pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Operate and sustain GCP infrastructure, including Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Functions, and networking solutions.

• Manage Cloudflare services, encompassing DNS, WAF, and Access control.

• Develop and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.

• Establish and manage monitoring and alerting systems across applications and backend services.

• Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including migrations, deprecations, environment hardening, and hosting for internal applications and databases.

• Gain hands-on experience with Web3 and blockchain operations.

• Collaborate across European and US time zones within a high-compliance environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in DevOps, platform, infrastructure, or strong IT/sysadmin positions.

• Strong foundation in Linux/Unix and proficiency in Bash/Python scripting.

• Practical cloud experience, preferably with GCP, including Cloud Run, IAM, and networking.

• Experience with CI/CD processes, ideally using GitHub Actions.

• Proficient in Git/GitHub.

• Experience managing Cloudflare, DNS, and web-layer security.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Documentation-oriented and process-driven mindset.

• Comfortable utilizing AI-assisted tools.

• Experience with Terraform/IaC is a plus.

• Familiarity with SOC2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks is advantageous.

• Interest in Web3/blockchain technologies is a plus.

• Prior experience in the Web3 space is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Capability to work in a fully remote, European-based environment while overlapping US hours as necessary.
