IT Intern – Remote MEX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist the IT team in overseeing inventory management, which includes tracking both hardware and software assets.

• Help with the onboarding and offboarding of users on platforms such as Google Workspace, Krisp, Zoom, Slack, and LastPass.

• Manage IT support tickets, including handling password resets, application installations, and user management within Slack channels.

• Prioritize and direct tickets to the relevant team members (Finance, IT Manager, or yourself) as necessary.

• Aid in the creation and updating of how-to guides and IT documentation on the Notion IT page.

• Generate shipping labels for IT-related shipments as needed.

• Provide general administrative support to the IT team when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Basic knowledge of IT systems and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge base platforms (e.g., Notion) is advantageous.
