IT Generalist – Administration & Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assisting our clients with all inquiries related to the IT systems we manage.

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining server systems, along with the necessary documentation.

• Making modifications to operating systems and application software as needed.

• Diagnosing and addressing hardware and software issues directly with users (1st and 2nd level support).

• Managing virtual Windows servers and the VMware platform, for instance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.

• Strong expertise in networking, operating systems, and hardware, including servers, storage, backup, switches, and routers.

• Preferred: experience in project work and familiarity with system integrator/IT service provider environments.

• Service-oriented, collaborative, independent, structured, and proactive working style.

• Valid driver's license (Class B).

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
