IT Expert – M365, AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and enhancement of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI services

• Guaranteeing stability, performance, and scalability, along with monitoring, updates, and support

• Interpreting and implementing requirements from business and delivery teams

• Enforcing security policies and access protocols while assisting with ISMS/compliance matters

• Empowering the organization through reliable tools and services

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and advancing IT and cloud infrastructures

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

• Basic knowledge of AI/Copilot services

• Understanding of IT operations, administration, and troubleshooting

• Experience with cloud technologies, primarily Azure (AWS experience is a plus)

• Knowledge of IT security, governance, and compliance

• Hands-on approach to tasks

• Proficient in both German and English
