This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Administer and oversee Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), focusing on identity governance, access policies, and directory services.
• Supervise endpoint management tasks, ensuring device configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management are effectively handled.
• Manage Microsoft Defender for proactive threat detection, response, and security monitoring.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VPN infrastructure to guarantee secure and reliable remote connectivity.
• Own and uphold system integrations throughout the IT ecosystem, ensuring operational reliability and consistent uptime.
• Oversee corporate email infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, and escalation resolution.
• Administer HubSpot and assist with CRM-related IT operational tasks.
• Efficiently handle and resolve IT support tickets while maintaining a high standard of service quality and adherence to SLAs.
• Support shipping label systems and their related logistics platform integrations.
• Document operational processes, configurations, and runbooks to facilitate scalability and knowledge management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks to enhance IT resilience and security posture.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors across functions to address issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Systems Administration, or related senior-level positions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) administration.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms for device configuration, security compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Strong background in using Microsoft Defender for threat detection, response, and security monitoring.
• Proven expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting VPN infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of system integrations and API-based connectivity within IT ecosystems.
• Experience managing corporate email infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms from an IT administration viewpoint.
• Proven capability to manage a high volume of support tickets while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across hardware, software, and network environments.
• Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of runbooks, operational processes, and knowledge management resources.
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively across functions.
• B2+ English proficiency for effective collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
