IT Engagement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Digital/IT intake requests, ensuring that submissions are well-defined, categorized, and directed appropriately.

• Facilitate intake processes to guarantee a smooth transition from request to delivery.

• Maintain oversight of work throughout the intake and delivery phases for various teams.

• Monitor and uphold operational and portfolio metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 2–5 years of experience in IT coordination, delivery operations, intake/workflow management, or a similar position.

• Strong capability to cultivate relationships among business and IT stakeholders.

• Clear and effective communicator, adept at simplifying complex information.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

• Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT delivery methodologies.
