IT Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assists in business decision-making by evaluating data requirements and suggesting enhancements in technology and processes.

• Creates key performance indicators and measurement frameworks to monitor and improve organizational performance.

• Oversees reporting services to guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of both operational and financial data.

• Generates comprehensive queries and reports to offer insights into portfolios, programs, expenses, and risk positions.

• Analyzes business processes to pinpoint gaps, foresee needs, and implement effective solutions that enhance efficiency.

• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to convey insights, develop solutions, and align on business priorities.

• Provides guidance to stakeholders by converting complex data into actionable insights, aiding in planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

• Manages procurement and financial controls by overseeing contracts, tracking spending commitments, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.

• Maintains the IT contracting, procurement, and invoice approval framework, operating the interim controls set up in the absence of a dedicated procurement system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting Management, Information Technology, or relevant graduate qualifications, including CBAP certification.

• Six Sigma / Lean certification is advantageous.

• 7 – 10 years of hands-on experience in performing business support and analysis functions within complex organizations.

• Utilizes knowledge of operational and capital expense planning, IT operations, and analytical tools to facilitate data-driven decisions.

• Clearly and pragmatically communicates complex problems and solutions to diverse audiences.

• Documents business processes, procedures, and requirements in a clear and structured manner to ensure understanding and consistency.

• Establishes strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors to encourage collaboration and alignment.

• Effectively prioritizes and manages workload to meet deadlines while contributing within a team environment.

• Exhibits integrity, professionalism, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
