IT-Consulting Software Engineer – Plattformentwickler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In our new IT-C Integration team, you will play an active role in shaping the future of our middleware solutions. Together with your team, you will develop adapters for various third-party products and establish the foundation for seamless interfaces. You will collaborate closely with business units, internal developers, and external partners.

• You will expand the future Proalpha middleware into a platform with optimized processes, tailored monitoring, and specific functionalities. Ideally, you have already implemented in OpenSource projects.

• Additionally, you will design, implement, and maintain standard adapters for systems such as LVS, webshops, or CRM based on modern middleware.

• With your expertise, you will ensure that adapters run stably and are effectively monitored during operation.

• Together with the team, you will assist in selecting and troubleshooting interface solutions.

• You will contribute your ideas to deliver quick results in the new team and successfully transition from the old middleware.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable education in the IT field.

• Several years of experience in software development as well as working with integration and interface environments.

• Excellent knowledge of high-level programming languages such as C#, C++, or Java, and experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python; proficient in using modern development and versioning tools.

• Open to new technologies, creative in handling existing stacks, strong in translating business requirements into technical solutions, flexible between development and support tasks, and adept at communicating with diverse target groups.

• Very good German language skills and good English language skills for communication in an international environment.
