IT Consultant – Overnights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a dedicated IT support technician responsible for managing a high volume of support tickets, consistently achieving SLA targets and ensuring quality resolutions.

• Conduct intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting for computer, application, and network issues across both Mac OS and Windows operating systems.

• Provision, configure, and maintain user laptops, workstations, and accounts.

• Support and facilitate client onboarding and offboarding processes, from account setup to equipment shipping.

• Assist with IT project deployments, including MDM rollouts, network configurations, and hardware implementations.

• Oversee physical assets, including inventory management, cable organization, and general workspace maintenance.

• Create and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices in compliance with requirements such as SOC2 and HIPAA.

• Aid in configuring automations and tools, particularly for onboarding and offboarding workflows.

• Mentor and support junior team members as you advance in your role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems.

• Proficient in core SaaS tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom.

• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune, as well as identity providers like Okta.

• Understanding of networking fundamentals and standard environments, including Meraki and Unifi.

• Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAA.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities with an emphasis on providing clear, documented resolutions.
