This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Act as the main operational contact between Information Technology and designated regional business units or functional areas.
• Convert business objectives into clearly documented functional requirements and digital product roadmaps.
• Facilitate steering committee reviews, monitor project intake, and prioritize resource distribution.
• Assist with business cases, total cost of ownership models, and tracking of benefits realization.
• Oversee organizational readiness and operational changes for new software platforms and technical workflows.
• Maintain the multi-year technology capability register while balancing application stability with feature enhancements.
• Aggregate business requests into unified enterprise platforms, eliminating localized tools.
• Collaborate with the enterprise architecture, information security, data analytics, and infrastructure delivery teams.
• Track operating expense forecasts and identify opportunities for technology cost optimization.
• Partner with compliance and risk officers concerning technology vulnerabilities, data security, and regulatory alignment.
• Assess third-party software vendors and external technical consulting agreements based on service levels.
• Create dashboards and status reports to cover platform health, pipeline updates, and operational performance for IT leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Equivalent experience defined as one year of applicable professional experience for each year of college requested.
• A Master’s degree in a technical or business management field is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive professional experience in IT strategy, business relationship management, or technical program delivery.
• Proven experience coordinating large-scale digital deployments, system integrations, or multi-platform data migrations in complex matrix environments.
• Experience in monitoring project budgets, conducting technical cost-benefit analyses, and performing software ROI assessments.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge across enterprise application suites, cloud-based data ecosystems, and CRM systems.
• Profound understanding of business relationship management, software delivery lifecycles, and demand prioritization methodologies.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret business trends and develop technical action plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating complex technical limitations in straightforward business narratives.
• Strong consulting and consensus-building skills for negotiating deliverables and resolving conflicts regarding technical requirements.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate multifunctional project tracks, and stay focused during demanding deployment timelines.
