IT Auditor — ISO 27001 / Information Security Management System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Coordination of audits, including the formulation of the audit plan while considering the standards' requirements along with the organizational and process framework.

• Executing both on-site and remote audits to ensure adherence to standards, pinpoint non-conformities, and uncover opportunities for enhancement.

• Compiling audit reports to capture the findings.

• Conducting technical reviews of audit/test reports.

• Engaging in training and ongoing education to sustain current expertise in information security and ISO 27001.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in a field related to IT.

• Over 4 years of practical professional experience in IT—preferably in IT security, or alternatively in administration, development, or project management.

• Certification as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

• Proficient German and English skills for conducting audits and reporting in both languages.

• A commitment to continuous professional growth and adaptability to evolving technologies and regulations.

• Strong communication abilities and experience in engaging with stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel for on-site audits within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
