IT Allrounder – Administration, Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing support to our clients regarding all inquiries related to the IT systems we operate.

• Installation, operation, and maintenance of server systems, including appropriate documentation.

• Implementing modifications to operating systems and application programs.

• Analyzing and resolving issues in both hardware and software through direct contact with users (1st and 2nd level support).

• Administration of virtual Windows servers and the VMware platform, among other tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification.

• Excellent knowledge in networking, operating systems, and hardware, such as servers, storage, backup, switches, and routers.

• Desirable: Experience in project work and with operations in a system house.

• Service-oriented, a team player, with an independent, structured, and proactive working style.

• Driver's license class B.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
