IT Allrounder – Administration, Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support for our clients in all matters related to the IT systems we operate.

• Installation, operation, and maintenance of server systems, including appropriate documentation.

• Implementation of modifications to operating systems and application programs.

• Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues in direct contact with users (1st and 2nd level support).

• Administration of virtual Windows servers and the VMware platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification.

• Excellent knowledge in networking, operating systems, and hardware (e.g., servers, storage, backup, switches, routers).

• Desirable: Experience in project work and working within a system house.

• Service-oriented, team player, with an independent, structured, and proactive working style.

• Class B driver's license.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
