IT Allrounder, Administration & Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support for our clients in all matters related to the IT systems we operate.

• Installation, operation, and maintenance of server systems, including necessary documentation.

• Implementation of modifications to operating systems and application programs.

• Analysis and resolution of issues in hardware and software through direct contact with users (1st and 2nd level support).

• Administration of virtual Windows servers and the VMware platform, for example.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification.

• Excellent knowledge in networking, operating systems, and hardware, such as servers, storage, backup, switches, and routers.

• Preferred: Experience in project work and in a systems house environment.

• Service-oriented, a team player, independent and structured, as well as a proactive working style.

• Driver's license Class B.

• Fluent German and good English skills.
