This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop AI agents and automation solutions that enhance finance operations, ranging from reconciliations to reporting and controls.
• Integrate various systems and data sources through APIs and MCPs, including Datev, Payhawk, Data Studio, banks, and Google Drive.
• Create workflows that extract data from diverse sources, perform checks, and trigger alerts or actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with the finance team to interpret requirements into technical solutions and clearly communicate decisions in simple terms.
• Standardize and document procedures to ensure consistency and maintainability.
• Introduce innovative AI tools and concepts to the team as they become available.
• Work both autonomously and as part of a team, anticipating and proactively addressing potential issues.
• Effectively communicate using the BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front) technique.
• Demonstrated experience in developing AI agents or automations that are actively utilized, not merely prototypes.
• Proficient in connecting systems and data sources through APIs, MCPs, or automation platforms like n8n.
• Competent coding skills and the ability to navigate an existing codebase effectively.
• Capability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while validating the results.
• Excellent communication skills with individuals who may not have a technical background.
• A genuine curiosity and a proven ability to quickly adopt new AI tools.
• Fluency in Spanish alongside solid English proficiency (B2 to C1).
• A security- and controls-oriented mindset when managing sensitive financial information.
• Practical experience with finance tools such as Datev, Payhawk, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Experience working within or alongside a finance/accounting team is beneficial.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like n8n and multi-agent or “virtual employee” systems is advantageous.
• Background in the travel industry is a plus.
