This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Providing assistance to employees in resolving hardware and system issues (helpdesk)
• Managing IT infrastructure, including procurement, inventory, configuration, and maintenance of equipment
• Administering environments such as Google Workspace and Linux/Windows servers
• Overseeing SaaS tools (inventory, access, lifecycle management)
• Managing access and control of permissions
• Monitoring and maintaining office infrastructure
• Collaborating with hardware and software vendors
• Identifying and resolving infrastructure issues as well as performing basic monitoring of services and systems
• Ensuring IT infrastructure security through monitoring and threat analysis
• Configuring and hardening networks and services
• Managing container security
• Designing and developing network architecture
• Automating tasks and conducting security audits
• Creating and evolving security processes, procedures, and policies
• Handling security incidents.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of IT Administrator
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and MacOS systems
• Experience in Active Directory administration
• Experience in administering Linux/Windows servers
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Understanding of computer networking concepts and IT infrastructure
• Comprehension of web application functionality and vulnerabilities
• Knowledge of attack techniques and system/network vulnerabilities
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and virtualization
• Basic understanding of security policies such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR/DORA
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Independence in work and a high sense of responsibility
• Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English at B2 level and Polish at C1+ level.
