IT Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance our IT infrastructure with an emphasis on Microsoft Azure, ensuring data security, system reliability, and effective backup strategies.

• Plan, implement, and maintain networks at medical care centers (MVZ) locations, including nationwide involvement in the IT setup for new practice openings in our Berlin or Hamburg/Hannover clusters.

• Oversee the administration and integration of practice management systems (PVS).

• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for internal users, both remotely and on-site at our practice and office locations.

• Collaborate with external IT service providers, vendors, and our central IT team to ensure seamless IT operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience as an IT administrator or in a similar role.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows environments, and network planning.

• Experience in configuring firewall, switch, and VPN technologies.

• Familiarity with the use and administration of practice management systems (PVS) is advantageous.

• Structured and service-oriented working approach.

• Excellent command of the German language at a native level.

• Willingness to travel for business (approximately 20%) for on-site support and the commissioning of new locations.
