Issuance Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assemble and lead a highly skilled engineering team focused on delivering on-chain solutions and backend services.

• Design and deploy smart contracts across both EVM and non-EVM chains (including Solana and others), ensuring high standards of accuracy and safety.

• Provide mentorship to engineers while defining the technical vision for the issuance stack.

• Conduct code and design evaluations, elevating the quality standards throughout the team.

• Prepare codebases for external audits by implementing thorough tests, invariants, AI-assisted reviews, and fuzz testing frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in delivering production-grade DeFi and backend systems.

• At least 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams, or a demonstrable history that indicates a quick adaptation to leadership roles.

• Established record of deploying and maintaining intricate, high-precision on-chain systems in a production environment.

• Hands-on experience in developing backend systems using Rust.

• Strong background in Solidity and EVM development, along with substantial knowledge of the SPL Token program, Token-2022, and Associated Token Accounts.

• Familiarity with cross-chain messaging and bridging protocols, such as Wormhole NTT, LayerZero, Hyperlane, or Chainlink CCIP.
