IRT Project Manager – Clinical Supplies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as a member of the project team specific to the study, which includes comprehending the systems, offering training support related to these systems, and ensuring all project deliverables associated with support are completed.

• Collaborate with leads from functional areas and senior colleagues to identify and assess key issues on projects.

• Collect information about potential or existing risks/issues and provide comprehensive details to management to ensure that these risks/issues are recognized and addressed.

• Function as the main point of contact for sponsors and study team members throughout the maintenance phase.

• For systems of moderate complexity, conduct informal testing specific to the study, and create as well as review study-specific system support guidelines for precision and thoroughness.

• Prepare, organize, and deliver meeting materials and communications in accordance with timeline milestones.

• Participate in and facilitate meetings and communications with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional team members.

• Act as a support escalation contact for questions/issues specific to the study.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.

• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job (equivalent to 5+ years).

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.

• High proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email software, and various analytics and visualization tools.

• Basic understanding of relational database concepts and familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL or MS Access).

• Strong capability to adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary, global cross-functional team.

• Basic knowledge of project management standards and practices.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver services and solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional global environment.

• Effective at querying, compiling, entering, tracking, and maintaining data in systems that support departmental programs and processes.

• Basic familiarity with IRT system applications and concepts.
