Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors, to ensure the achievement of milestones and adherence to company procedures and regulations.

• Manage the project budget by tracking expenses, forecasting, identifying out-of-scope items, and assisting in the preparation of change orders.

• Create clinical project plans encompassing project management, communication, monitoring, and more.

• Lead the clinical project team, which includes both internal resources and external third parties/vendors.

• Act as the primary contact for the sponsor, providing regular updates on the status of the project.

• Identify quality issues and implement suitable corrective and preventive action plans.

• Contribute to or create proposals for new projects.

• Assist in business development through the preparation and participation in bid defense meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or higher in a Life Science field is preferred.

• Proficiency in the English language is essential.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Clinical Research field (in Healthcare, Sponsor organizations, or CROs), including responsibilities related to the organization and management of clinical projects.

• Experience in project management and managing study teams.

• Familiarity with early phase clinical trials and the oncology field is an advantage.

• Strong reporting, time, and risk management skills are required.

• Knowledge of standard business and eClinical systems (such as CTMS, EDC, IXRS, eTMF, and project planning tools) is necessary.
