iOS Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across functions by partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to implement product and business strategies, creating innovative products and features that resonate with our users.

• Engage in the complete development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You will review code and design documents, providing constructive feedback on product specifications and mockups.

• Work alongside a team of dedicated, fast-paced, and eager engineers. Contribute to the establishment of standards that enhance developer workflows, suggest best practices, and assist in mentoring team members to advance their technical skills.

• Commit to continuous learning and the enhancement of both your technical and non-technical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of professional software development experience, post-internship, focused on creating user-facing iOS mobile native applications at scale, utilizing Swift.

• An understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit/integration/end-to-end testing, design documentation, CI/CD, A/B testing, code reviews, and documentation.

• Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks and ensuring project timelines are met.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams in a completely remote setting and discussing intricate topics with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A BS degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical, professional experience.

• A passion for building new solutions and thriving in uncertain situations, valuing innovation even in the face of failure.

• Experience in software development using one or more general-purpose programming languages; expertise in Swift is required, with additional experience in Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++ being advantageous.

• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST, HTTP fundamentals, and the capability to design maintainable APIs is a plus.
