Investment Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Perform an overview and analysis of commercial and financial data related to acquisition targets.

• Develop and deliver assessments regarding the initial compatibility of acquisition targets.

• Execute market research to gain insights into industry trends and identify new acquisition opportunities.

• Locate software companies that fulfill acquisition criteria and metrics, guiding opportunities through the deal cycle.

• Assist the M&A team with various tasks associated with finalizing active deals.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on data requests, information sharing, project team meetings, and deal execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to 5 years of experience in transaction advisory, buy-side financial due diligence, public accounting/external audit, corporate development, FP&A, finance, revenue accounting/operations, controllership/accounting operations, business operations, or strategic finance within software or SaaS companies.

• Proficient understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and policies.

• Proven strong academic performance from a top-tier institution.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.

• CPA or CFA track is considered a significant advantage.

• Maturity and presence to effectively engage with C-level executives.

• Willingness to work half of each day in alignment with North American office business hours.

• Excellent sales and communication abilities.

• Strong command of both written and spoken English.

• Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
