Investment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Investments in creating investment-related deliverables.

• Conduct research on new investment opportunities, strategic and tactical asset allocation, and manage the portfolio effectively.

• Support the development and assessment of investment strategies.

• Aid senior members of the Investments team in evaluating relevant information.

• Coordinate, automate, and oversee consolidated reporting for the investment portfolio.

• Facilitate communication of investment directives to external asset managers.

• Collaborate with Treasury, Middle Office, and Investment Accounting to ensure smooth trade activity.

• Enhance the operational efficiency of the cash management process.

• Oversee the investment data process; automate current procedures; integrate various systems.

• Work cross-functionally across departments to relay investment activities.

• Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, investments, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in investment-related roles.

• Proficiency in analytic systems integration and report automation.

• CFA and/or ASA designation is preferred.

• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Access/database, SQL, VBA, Bloomberg, and FactSet (or similar tools).

• Preferred expertise in Bloomberg, BlackRock Aladdin, and Clearwater.
