This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Establish and nurture direct relationships with both individual and corporate clients, encompassing prospecting, account initiation, and ongoing account management within AUVP Capital’s clientele.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's profile, goals, and financial circumstances to provide suitable solutions that align with their interests and comply with regulatory standards.
• Implement allocations, reallocations, and investment transactions under commission-based and fee-based compensation structures, tailored to the client's profile and requirements.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships focused on trust, repeat business, and wealth preservation.
• Collaborate closely within the AUVP ecosystem, identifying genuine opportunities for complementary solutions (such as insurance, foreign exchange, credit, agribusiness, and corporate services), while consistently upholding ethical standards, transparency, and prioritizing the client’s best interests.
• Rigorously adhere to internal compliance guidelines, ethical practices, and institutional positioning, thereby protecting AUVP’s image, reputation, and credibility.
• Actively engage in the internal development program, which includes technical, commercial, and behavioral training.
• Assist in building a robust client base with a long-term vision and sustainable growth for the operation.
• ANCORD certification (either active and registered, or in an advanced process as required).
• Experience in the financial sector (preferably in advisory/AAI or a commercial investment-related role).
• Strong commercial acumen: adept at relationship building, negotiation, trust cultivation, and responsible deal closing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining products honestly and clearly.
• Ethical mindset and adherence to processes: respect for internal guidelines, hierarchy, and institutional positioning.
• Consultative approach and professional maturity suitable for serving mid- and high-net-worth clients.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional enhancement through the company’s training initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to rapidly changing environments (preferred).
• CEA certification (preferred).
